I gave it 4 stars only because we got carry out. I didn't get the whole experience. The Food is incredible. I got the deveined shrimp mild. Great flavor and a good amount for what you pay for.
It's a strange combination of asian and cajun seafood. And not like melded together. Just some asian items (instead of bread or chips before our meal, we got mini egg rolls) and seafood boil items. And there's burgers too. Quite the variety of food! We ordered a pound of the deveined shrimp, that came with corn and potatoes. We asked for the cajun seasoning, medium heat. Hubby and I split it and we were both satisfied. Not stuffed, but good. The seasoning was perfect. I ended up with a spice burn under my bottom lip from going at the corn, and not stopping until I was finished with it. My fault though! AND they have cocktails folks!!! It's a full bar. We considered the prices reasonable for the type of food you're getting. The service was great. Will definitely be back here!
This was my first time having a seafood boil,and my goodness...it was nothing short of delicious. The level of spice and flavor was amazing. The entire content of the bag was good. The alcoholic beverages were good but they weren't very strong.
We tried it last night. I have to say I was impressed. All of the staff was polite and very helpful. We walked in around 6:45 and by 7pm we had our meal. We ordered the King, dungeness and snow crab with the juicy special. All three types of crab were larger and more meaty than places and the flavors were on point! Now one thing that I have to express is if you're the type of person who is used to Joe's or Red lobster you have to have an open mind about the way they serve the food. You will need the bib and be prepared to get messy. We will return again!
We took a chance on Jack Crab for Father's Day and were happy we did! My husband said it is the BEST seafood he's had in St. Louis. That is high praise, as he has tried many restaurants locally and has eaten seafood all over the world. Our favorite in the "dirty basket" was the Dungeness crab, then the lobster, then shrimp. We ordered garlic butter medium and will try Cajun mild next time. Even the medium was quite spicy for our family. They were out of the calamari appetizer but hope to try that next time. Highly recommend!
